New - Aqua Fitness Class

We are excited to announce we are starting a brand new evening Aqua Fitness class in January 2016... 

It will combine a gentle mix of yoga and cardio in the water, which is great exercise for the body and the mind. Water provides a safe and comfortable medium to exercise in, offering relief from a variety of conditions.  No previous yoga experience or the ability to swim is required to attend and enjoy our classes. 

A typical class will leave you feeling relaxed, toned and revitalised.
