Adult Lessons

Swimming is a great form of all round exercise with a whole host of benefits for our body our mind and our health. You can get your heart rate going and do that all important aerobic exercise without getting all sweaty. Plus, because your body is in the water there is very little impact on the skeletal system so whether your twenty or eighty, swimming is good for you!

At Swim Works we offer 1-2-1 lessons for adults and have lots of availabilty for you to book in with one of our fab teachers!
